Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of AiraMed. Because AiraMed supports healthcare communication, they explain both what the service does and what it does not do.
Medical disclaimer
AiraMed provides technology intended to support communication, organization, and understanding. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood. Users should confirm important medical information and decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
Emergency use
AiraMed is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for emergency response. Users experiencing or suspecting an emergency should contact local emergency services or seek immediate professional care.
Recording and consent
Users are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before recording a healthcare conversation. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and use of an AiraMed recording feature does not itself establish that legal consent requirements have been met.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and protect account credentials.
- Use AiraMed lawfully and only for permitted purposes.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the service except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
- Do not use AiraMed to impersonate a healthcare professional or misrepresent AI output as professional medical judgment.
- Respect the privacy, intellectual property, and legal rights of others.
AI limitations
Users understand that generative AI can produce errors, omissions, or outputs that sound confident despite being wrong. AiraMed should be used as an aid to understanding and communication, not as the sole basis for medical decisions.

The attorney-approved Terms will also address eligibility, subscriptions and billing, cancellation and refunds, intellectual property, third-party services, suspension and termination, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, changes to the Terms, notices, and the legal entity responsible for the service.
