Service providers
AiraMed may use specialized service providers for hosting, communications, transcription, AI processing, security, support, analytics, or other operational functions. The production policy will identify categories of recipients and describe the safeguards and contractual arrangements that actually apply.
Retention and deletion
The production policy will state how long relevant categories of information are retained, or the criteria used to determine retention. It will also explain available deletion and access choices, and any circumstances in which information must be retained for legal, security, contractual, or operational reasons.
HIPAA and other health privacy laws
Not every health application, user, transaction, or piece of health information is governed by HIPAA. Where AiraMed acts for a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, the applicable agreements and legal requirements may govern that processing. Other information may be governed by different privacy laws.
This notice describes AiraMed’s role rather than stating that all information is “HIPAA protected.”
Your choices and rights
Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. The production policy will explain which rights apply and how to exercise them.
